What we require if you have seen a property you want:
Contact us and we will send you out our Tenancy Application pack. You must fill in all the relevant forms and return them to us with the stated Administration Fee. Once your cheque has cleared we will carry out the necessary checks and take up the stated references. If you have referenced positive, you will be notified of the results within 10 days and offered the property you have applied for. Unsuccessful applicants who have referenced positive will be placed on our database and offered suitable alternative properties as soon as they become available without further fees.
Please Note** In all cases we require One Month's Rent In Advance and a Security Deposit (Bond) which equates to another month's rent, so, please only apply for a tenancy if you know you can pay this.

Housing Benefit Claimants
We accept applications from HB claimants which are covered by the stated Administration Fee, but it is important that you understand - your claim is solely between you and the HB office, and we require you to pay the rent to us from your own pocket as it falls due
