We offer a range of services, from sourcing
property to a comprehensive 'Turn-Key'
service for 'Arms-Length' investors who
wish to invest on a 'hands-free' basis.

What do we charge? |
|

We charge an initial one-off 'joining fee' of
£500, and a flat fee of £1,000 for sourcing
property up to £100,000 and thereafter 1.5%
of the 'pre-negotiated' asking price.
Our renovation costs to our clients are
dependent upon the Schedule of Agreed
Works for each individual acquisition, but are
guaranteed always to be below the current
market rates.
We charge a fee which equates to one
month's rent for our client sourcing service,
and for our Full Management Service we
charge a £185 set-up fee and 8% of the Gross
Weekly rent.
